I'm disappointed with the consistent discrepancy in the quantity of the products, particularly vegetables and fruits, even after payment. Each time I log in, I notice a balance of 40-50 rupees yet to be paid, which is frustrating. After making a payment, I expect to receive the closest possible weight of the product ordered, instead of continually accruing a debit balance. This issue has occurred every times now, prompting me to switch back to Swiggy. I hope this feedback can be addressed.

Worst customer service by bigbasket. The same order gets re-scheduled 4 to 5 times and no one is there to give a follow up. If you request for call back there is no response. And weirdly if you get in contact with them at one time they cut the phone itself. Pathetic service, on requesting for cancellation they keep on re-scheduling. Worst user experience. Will definetly avoid using this useless platform.

Worst app in terms of Quick Commerce. They don't have a large inventory and their cycle to replenish that is also very slow. They will deliver you bad quality/expired products and if you report that, would just refund you the money for that and no option of exchange. They are not apologetic for that and customer care is worse in terms of help, they are not given any power to accept their mistakes and correct it. Would just say you we will escalate the issue and you will get a call back.
